Will Amazon add DRM to these books?

It doesn’t offer that option.
If you look to the right of the amazon page, it asks where you are going to be “downloading” the book.
If you hit the down arrow and say “transfer via computer”, then hit, “buy with 1 click” then hit next, it should then ask you to what device you will be transferring your book (iPad, computer, kindle, etc), then hit continue.
It should automatically download it to your computer at that point.

You get to select rights when you list your book. There are several options. (Yes.)
