Obama Administration Releases 68,000 Criminal Illegal Aliens

I have to admit a grudging respect for the stamina of progressive liberals. They continue to spout the Great Lie no matter how many facts are brought up to show that they're lying or any attempt to use reason or logic to argue with them. If it is in their political interest to say that the sky is green with yellow polka dots, they'll stick to that story and probably bring along a few climate change scientists to back up their story. This brings us to the illegal immigration chaos that has engulfed our country for years. We know that Obama and his political cronies have little interest in securing the border and their plan will always be to get amnesty for all the illegal aliens flooding the USA. Yet we've been told repeatedly that Obama is tough on illegal immigration, and that he's the "deporter-in-chief." Well, a new report has surfaced that shows that his administration released 68,000 illegal aliens who had criminal convictions.

This news was found and reported by the Center for Immigration Studies, which is a group that promotes stricter enforcement of our immigration laws. They examined documents of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and found that ICE had encountered 193,000 illegal aliens who had a criminal conviction, but only decided to start deportation proceedings for 125,000 in 2013. In fact, a grand total of 67,879 aliens were released.

While the Obama administration will claim that those illegal aliens with a criminal background are more likely to be deported (which is true), the fact remains that many are being released. I would argue that every illegal alien is a criminal in that they are breaking our laws just by being here. I know liberals will call me a heartless bastard for saying so, but it's still the truth. Try staying in Mexico illegally and see what happens.

Obama's administration continues to grind away at the law enforcement community as they're doing an internal review of immigration enforcement. I think I can safely say that their conclusions will be less enforcement and more danger to our Border Patrol agents. Remember that President Obama has an aunt and an uncle that have lived illegally in the US for decades, so immigration enforcement isn't a priority for him.

The whole purpose of having lax immigration policies is to boost the size of the Democratic base. Many illegals have poor job skills, which means that they have to get assistance from the government to get by. Thus you have a lifelong Democrat voter. In my home state, illegal aliens are eligible for Medicaid for life-saving emergencies but normal citizens are not. Every passing day, it seems that illegal aliens are getting perks and benefits denied to American citizens.

The fact that so many illegal aliens with criminal convictions already under the belt are released is sheer madness. So many Americans are brutalized by these thugs, but the news goes unreported on a national scale because the mainstream media buries it. They don't want the nation to know the actual truth and the high cost inflicted on our society by these criminals. It's heartbreaking to read about how a mother's 18 year old son is murdered by an illegal alien, who then burned the son's body afterwards. Yet days before the murder, he was in court due to stalking his girlfriend. Was he held being an illegal alien? Nope. He was released and a young man is dead. In Virginia, an illegal alien stabbed a teen to death months after he had been detained but then released. This catch and release policy should be renamed release and suffering. Release for the illegal alien criminal and suffering for the families of those they prey upon.

Every day, Americans are dying at the hands of criminal illegal aliens, yet the Obama administration and his progressive liberal allies, in government and in the media, continue to turn a blind eye. It's chilling to think that 68,000 hardened criminals were let loose upon an unsuspecting public last year. Still, we'll be told the whopper that Obama is tough on immigration. What utter bull.
