true story here: a dude I was friends with as a young man once told me that he'd give his left nut to sleep with a certain girl. He ultimately did sleep with her and even got her pregnant. Before the kid was born, he developed a testicular torsion and literally lost his left nut as a result.

You will never hear me say "I'd give my left nut" to do anything. Those words will never cross my lips.
