To all the Putin apologists,

Posted on 03/05/2014 9:45:42 AM PST by Red White and Blue patriot

Whether you are paid agents, losertarian isolationis, or just dim wits who wouldn't know what conservatism and freedom are if they kicked you in the backside. Why are still here? The land of vodka and borscht awaits. If you hate this country so much, don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you. Go join your brothers in mother Russia. I served this country. I love this country despite all its faults. It is the greatest nation that has ever been or ever will be. Despite my disgust with the politicians I would never side with the likes of the Red Russians. Never! And for those here hoping for Uncle Vlad to come and rescue them from the government by supplying assistance to a secessionist movement, you belong in prison for anybody who would accept the help of a commie tyrant is a traitor.

I view it more in the context that we have an occupation government. This is like Vichy France at the moment. WE ARE THE RESISTANCE!

I’m not rootin’ for Putin but this little dust up sure highlights the stupidity of Obama’s foreign policy and his plans to degrade our military. The democrats are idiots.

The thing about Putinistas is that they were never really very loyal to the USA in the first place. They are alot like the Russians themselves who want a strongman to tell them what to do. Putin fans do not love freedom, they love tyrants who take people’s freedom away. These are the same people who think it was wrong to kill Saddam Hussein because he was the only one brutal enough to rule Iraq. They think that some people just don’t deserve freedom.

It’s simply a matter of comparing him to the effeminate, homosexual, dishonest, incompetent, lazy liar that we have “running” our country.

Putin instills a complex range of emotions in me...I don’t for a moment forget he’s a brutal dictator masquerading in the trappings of an elected president, but in as many ways as he invites comparisons of himself to dictators of old, he also casts in stark relief the fact that every leader in the West now is Neville Chamberlain.

He is not afraid to be an unapologetic nationalist.
Our guy is a citizen of the world, to the detriment of American interests.
He understands survival of the fittest
Our guy says everyone can be made fit with enough of his neighbor’s money.
He’s not swayed by the shifting winds of public sentiment
Our guy has his finger to the wind on literally everything.

Would I rather have Putin in charge here? Hell no - He’ll never willingly give up power and he’ll imprison or outright kill anyone who opposes him. Would I like Reagan back?

You betcha.

The fact is, that is true...Not everyone is capable of handling it. Just look at this country, how many people today would gladly trade freedom for security?

BS. Seems like Putin apologists like to accuse others of being the CIA. What a joke. You sound like Sean Penn waxing rhapsodic over Hugo Chavez.

Putin is not America’s friend. Because that’s not his job.

Russia’s main geopolitical rival is the U.S.. His job isnt to subordinate Russia’s interest to ours.

With the incompetent leadership in the White House that has sworn itself to be the enemy of us, we have no hero in this Ukraine mess. For me I laugh at the farce he is making of Obama (while not being thrilled that this is what it takes to wake people up), and recognize that we have little to no abilities to halt the moves that have been made. This is the result of past sloppy chess moves on Obama’s part, not an excuse to go to war now. Both Palin and Romney warned of this, and now the SHTF.

As for myself having studied lots of Russian history (1770-now) I have grudging respect for these guys. Not “love” but respect. They aren’t idiots, or slow-talking fat people that drink too much and wear furry hats. Reagan got that very well too, calling them out as an “evil empire” but not being as stupid as Hitler or Napoleon thinking that these guys are a pushover, and all you had to do was start shooting either a gun or your mouth off. He knew there weakness which was the godlessness of Communism and the suppression of the individual spirit to the will of the state.

Obama is cut from the same Communist thinking that should have died in the 90s. Putin learned, and while still the same old USSR strongman under the skin, put forward a narrative of God, country, and national pride (as well as repression of dissent) to win the Russian hearts and minds. He makes the U.S. look like a schizophrenic nation of perverts and wimps that cant agree on what day it is while Russia is by appearance a country on the same page with Putin whom has “restored” Russia to a superpower with the might of the USSR and the gilded splendor of Czarist era. Look at his previous inauguration as president on YouTube. It’s that lavish!

You dont have to like this guy (you actually shouldn’t), but many here on FR as I said, have no friends in either government so it isnt a stretch to see many here not really be up to burning effigies of Vlad over the Ukraine when he is doing a great job of exposing what we had said about Zero since 2007 without the pain of having it be done through an actual shooting war. At least not yet.

It is true that the fascists came out in large numbers for the protests and ended up getting 3 cabinet positions out of 21 (none of the them are key positions, by the way) But it’s a typical smear tactic to go after the malignant minority and use it to blanket smear the rest of the opposition.

And that bill that removed Russian as a second language failed to become law.

I agree. Keep up the good work and don’t let the simple-minded Putin-suckers get you down. They are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome by proxy.

You are parroting exactly what the CIA and Hillary are saying. Those dolts just called Putin Hitler after they were caught using Nazi’s as covert agents. It don’t matter if you are connected with them. You are using their talking points.

Obama is weak. That’s what I take from this whole thread. What a weakling. Even the king of Swaziland could beat him up.
