The photos of the Loretta Fuddy Cessna crash that Josh Lang provided to the media? They weren't of the same plane. The plane that crashed with Fuddy in it had a window between the door and the tail; Lang's photos don't. (I've got photos at my blog and in the first post I'll post them so you can compare the 2 planes)
Lang apparently had photos of a DIFFERENT plane ditching in the water and gave them to the media, claiming they were of this crash, and apparently the media didn't check out the genuineness of the photos...
Now why would Lang do that? Why would he post images of the area with no passengers or anything else in the water ANYWHERE, rather than taking photos of what was actually there and giving those to the media?
The door is open on the second photo, you can see the shadow of the door on the roof of the plane.
There is a window between the door and tail on Lang’s photo.
Rotate your larger Lang photo so that the body of the plane is horizontal and you can see the window next to the open door. The plane’s door opens upward and the window IN the door frame and door frame casts a shadow across the top of the plane.
You can see the light of the door’s window is casting a lighter shadow in the middle of the door frame shadow across the top of the plane.
You are mistaking the first window by the tail as the door.
Referring to the high-angle (bluish) images:
Starting at the rear, the first dark square thing is the last (rear-most) window. The line dark line above this window is the bottom edge of the top half of the split door, seen edge-on due to the high angle of this photo. It casts a shadow across the top of the fuselage, and you can see the window in that door in the shadow.
It’s the same aircraft. Any confusion is due to angles, light and shadow, and wishful thinking.
Import the image into Paint, circle the part you think is a window, and post it here.
All due respect to you bz. Aviation expert here. Those are pics of the same plane. I promise. Look at the shadows. Not saying there isn’t things fishy, just not these photos.

Lang’s plane has a door with a window that is slid towards the rear of the plane.
The plane in Puentes video has a split door with a window that is raised and a the rest of the door lowered to provide steps.

No, there would have to be 2 windows overlapping, for the end-most window to be the window between the door and the tail. No shadow can make 2 windows overlap.

Those are 2 different planes...the windows are different...and it is a different type of door. I mean...its QUITE OBVIOUS those are 2 diff planes

But the ridicule instead of substantive content smells an awful lot like Alinsky, who generally isn’t kosher with conservatives...
The door is open, and casting a shadow diagonally across the top of the fuselage. You can even see the light area in the center of the shadow where sunlight is shining through the window in the door.
