Following the submission of two affidavits at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on October 18, The Post & Email contacted the petitioner, Douglas Vogt, to ask him key questions about his claims that the short-form and long-form birth certificates of Barack Hussein Obama are forgeries and that the identity of the forger and other criminal assistants is known.
Vogt is owner of Archive Index Systems, which markets scanners, copiers and document imaging systems. Previous to that, he owned and operated a typesetting business. An accountant by training, Vogt has also worked as a certified public accountant. Vogt has performed exhaustive research and published books on science and history.
Vogt maintains that the two fraudulent birth certificates were produced by the Hawaii Department of Health in cooperation with several employees there, including the director, Loretta Fuddy.
MR. VOGT: He admits to it. During the last campaign, there was a White House contest that if you contributed and you were drawn from a raffle, you could have lunch with the president. Obama is quoted saying in the ad, which I have, that “My father taught me the great love of jazz.” That wasn’t Barack Obama Sr.; that was Frank Marshall Davis, who used to teach classes in jazz in Chicago. There’s no question that’s who he is. And Obama knows it. That’s why Stanley Ann Dunham brought him over to Davis’s house two or three times a week: so that he would bond with his father. They knew it; they all know it.

Billionaire Kirk Kerkorian proved with DNA tests he was not the biological father of his daughter listed on the birth certificate and still had to pay child support.

LOS ANGELES — Billionaire Kirk Kerkorian has agreed to pay more than $10 million in back child support plus $100,000 a month for a child his ex-wife has admitted is not his biological daughter.
Lisa Bonder Kerkorian, who was married briefly to the casino mogul after a long relationship, acknowledged during a child support battle that she had faked a DNA paternity test by using saliva she obtained from Kerkorian’s adult daughter. She said the biological father actually was Hollywood movie producer Stephen Bing.
Obama’s ineligibility problem is with his immigration papers on file with DHS.
It will not get past this judge. This judge is surely finding out things about his future.
How many things have “come to light” in the past that were not noticed by enough people to be effective? MSM will ignore it and the big guns of the alternative media will, at most, mention it once, then ignore it. The rulers here are not concerned much about that.
And consider the record of these cases so far. A number of judges have seemed ready to take the case and pursue it where it may lead only to suddenly turn dark and dismiss for sometimes patently spurious reasons.

Romney lost because he was a terrible candidate. He did not have an coherent message to energize his base or provide a better alternative. He did not attack the opposition aggressively. He demonstrated no passion for winning. His ground game failed on election day. The computer systems did not work and he didn’t have lawyers on the ground in the areas susceptible to voter fraud to challenge irregularities. Not to mention he refused to ally with the conservative and Tea Party voters who allowed the Republicans to capture the House of Representatives in 2010. Finally, he completely flubbed the last two debates.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to have a vision and message to energize people to come out to vote for him. This candidate did not want to win.
It would be IMPOSSIBLE for countless individuals to be involved in this conspiracy and for him to not know about it. Oh, that's right, he doesn't know about ANYTHING, does he.. THIS IS THE PATTERN, STARTING WITH THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE and it's called 'plausible deniability'.
I wanna see Nancy Pelosi behind bars because she knowingly and fraudulently certified his eligibility as presidential candidate. Why did SHE change the legal verbiage on the certification if she didn't know he wasn't REALLY eligible?
The only real remedy is the SEALs but even they’ve probably been ‘turned’ (or killed in helicopters).

Word is that V. Jarrett has “the goods” on BO, making it possible to manipulate his every word and deed. I’d heard that she has evidence of his homosexuality, but results of an unfavorable DNA test would just be icing on the cake. She was never a good buddy of BO’s, but her family and Michelle’s go way back, so Jarrett knows as much as Michelle knows, and that ain’t good for Hussein. We’re talkin’ puppet here.

I am exasperated. Do these judges ever talk to one another? Why would so many allow these threats without standing together and standing for truth. Many of them have had military backgrounds. One is a Marine.
