Following the submission of two affidavits at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on October 18, The Post & Email contacted the petitioner, Douglas Vogt, to ask him key questions about his claims that the short-form and long-form birth certificates of Barack Hussein Obama are forgeries and that the identity of the forger and other criminal assistants is known.
Vogt is owner of Archive Index Systems, which markets scanners, copiers and document imaging systems. Previous to that, he owned and operated a typesetting business. An accountant by training, Vogt has also worked as a certified public accountant. Vogt has performed exhaustive research and published books on science and history.
Vogt maintains that the two fraudulent birth certificates were produced by the Hawaii Department of Health in cooperation with several employees there, including the director, Loretta Fuddy.
MR. VOGT: He admits to it. During the last campaign, there was a White House contest that if you contributed and you were drawn from a raffle, you could have lunch with the president. Obama is quoted saying in the ad, which I have, that “My father taught me the great love of jazz.” That wasn’t Barack Obama Sr.; that was Frank Marshall Davis, who used to teach classes in jazz in Chicago. There’s no question that’s who he is. And Obama knows it. That’s why Stanley Ann Dunham brought him over to Davis’s house two or three times a week: so that he would bond with his father. They knew it; they all know it.
That’s why he was anointed by the Communist Party to become president. He was the one to be anointed. What this amounts to is a bloodless coup carried out by the Communist Party.

That the conservative media IGNORED Obama’s background and his eligibility was **profoundly** disappointing to me. After being let down so seriously...well...sorry, I just don't trust them anymore. Sure! I still listen to them when driving about in the car, but, it is always there like a slight breeze in the background of my mind.

It is not hopeless yet, but no portion of the government except some of the county sheriffs remains to us. And NSA or its controllers is pretty close to all-powerful in this nation and society.
Ask the Israelis. I’m sure they have his DNA and know the truth. Maybe the Russians too.
If the BC was stolen and forged by Hawaiians, you might have trouble tying it to O. The stolen SS number is a problem for him, but not a huge crime. There are an awful lot of people running around with false SS numbers and nothing is done.
Those are both true, but the reason so many of our folks stayed home, is because they saw through Romney, and correctly sized him up for the big government, liberal statist that he is.
Folks need to stop blaming the voters for this mess, and assign blame where it belongs -- to the RINO GOP-e and their liberal candidate.
Is it possible that sooooooo many could have been threatened without this bullying coming to light? It’s darn hard to keep that many people in line.
Other than the massive voter fraud, I think the biggest reason why the election was lost, is because the DNC was allowed to define what the election was about. Romney was constantly on the defensive. Only time he wasn’t, was during the 1st debate. The one where he ripped Obama to shreds, and Obama appeared stoned. After that, it was always one libel attack after another, while Romney played the role of a gentleman. Oh yeah, lets not forget that fat-ass Candy Crowley.
Knowing, proving, and being able to do something about it are all different things...

Look at the Tea Party being labelled a terrorist group by the White House.
Look at Obama stealing the last election by way of voter fraud.
Back in 2009 many of us here were saying that Broncobama was lying about his health care plans and their effects, too.
And many of the same freepers have maintained a consistent position on the issue of Barry’s ineligibility to hold the office.
But what do we know?

Aren’t theses the guys that said starting a 3rd party would get democrats elected, so stay with the republicans? If we had started it in 10 years ago we could not have been n any worse shape. I just cannot see how they did not realize McCain and Romney were just tools of the democrats. The are lieing or they are stupid.

I understand your anger. I've been equally disappointed with our conservative media people for the same reason. I've had to look at it from their viewpoint, though.
Where's the ironclad evidence that Obama is a fraud? I don't mean hundreds of little arcane details that add up to an overwhelming body of evidence. I'm talking about the one incontrovertible, undeniable, and explosive piece of evidence that would hang Obama in even the low-info voters' eyes. The one thing, that if revealed, would be a paradigm shifting game changer.
That one game changing piece of evidence has never come forth. Few people with reputations to consider, are going to stick their necks out without it. If they were to run with only what's known so far, they'd likely convince a lot of people, but they'd also lose most of those who need something a lot more convincing.
More than likely, their careers would be ruined for having tried. In the end, Obama would still be sitting in the White House grinning. We'd lose some of our most effective voices in a failed bid to convict Obama in the court of public opinion.
For the record, I've heard all of them mention this controversy. Listening to them, there's no doubt they know as much as we do, but the threshold (of proof) for them to engage in a full throated discussion about it is a lot higher than it is for any one of us.

And did u notice how the Dems won virtually every Senate election last cycle? Not coincidence IMHO.
Those aren’t issues when there isn’t any controlling legal authority to bring charges against a president. What are they going to do, give him a ticket?
Uhhh... if he was sworn in as anyone but who he really is there has to be some jeopardy there,us citizen or not.
And unfortunately it make not one bit of difference.....now what do you propose we do??
and the rest of us will suffer too.....prepping is no guarantee of anything. Being happy about bad happening to some people when it really happens to all is a rather odd way of thinking
and this court filing will go nowhere like all the rest
