Possibly Taitz got awarded sanctions by government’s default in Lamberth’s DC court because the Obama administration failed to respond to the court about the bogus use of 042-68-4425 SSN. The thread got pulled on it.

When other party doesn’t show up the penalty is usually not sanctions but a ruling based solely on the unopposed evidence put properly before the court. Knowing Orly, that won’t be much.
We know how that went before the ALJ in GA. Taitz got smacked down anyway even Barry’s attorneys didn’t show up!
But she might have gotten just enough before the Lamberth to have him order the release of Bounel’s SS# and file if his birth date in the SS records is 1890.
Knowing Barry’s legal team they have a multi-layered legal defense in place to drag as much as possible out until after he leaves office.
I suppose it was because the Lamberth default ruling is unsubstantiated publicly as of yet, although Taitz is crowing about it on her website.

As I recall, didn't Taitz get Lamberth to move forward about a month ago? I may have first heard about it from you. ;^)

It is this motion that Barry’s team has not responded to, IIRC...so it it were related to any party other than Barry, Lamberth would go ahead and do that...provided that Orly had provided sufficient evidence that Harry Bounel existed and it was the same as Harrison J. Bounel...stuff like that.
