Seems little ole Prism isn’t all that it cracked up to be, or perhaps it isn’t looking at what we are being told. If, in fact, it were looking at suspected terrorists in other countries a big boo boo happened with the Boston bombing. How much of “error” did it take to: miss a guy going to a to a country known for terrorist activity, calling people in a country known for terrorist activity, being informed by the Russians the guy was a potential danger from a terrorist country? Just another “no one responsible for running the program? Like the IRS, like Benghazi, etc. etc.

( I still get a thrill up my leg when spell check doesn't recognize the name/word Obama!)
That’s more evidence of its nonexistence.

The whole spying on domestic communication has nothing to do with terrorism. Terrorism is only incidental (note that they didn’t even have a hint of the Boston bombing unless it was a failed FBI sting), the real purpose is for total control within the US. Remember ... without the mark of the beast, you will not be able to buy or sell.
