Mexican Man Cops No Contest In Arizona Beheading
Friends of Ours ^ | 03/21/13 | Friends of Ours

In October 2010 a man was repeatedly stabbed and then grotesquely beheaded in Chandler, AZ, and now one of the three reputed narco soldiers from the Sinaloa cartel whom authorities suspect in the gruesome crime has pleaded no contest for his alleged role as reported by the Daily Mail.

Although the Obama Administration insists that there is no drug cartel spillover violence the dead bodies on the north side of the border stubbornly belie the President's cynical lie.

Former DEA supervisor Phil Jordan insists that the drug traffickers' most gruesome tactics including beheadings are occurring on American soil, and says three beheadings in 2011 -- two in Arizona and one in Oklahoma -- "have cartel written all over them" as reported by KRGV: "'One is too many; two is too many. Three should send an alarm,' says Jordan."

Should you be able to plead “no contest” to a murder charge?

I mean, it's one thing when talking about a misdemeanor or a fine (the case isn't worth further challenge but I still believe I am innocent of the charge) but murder with a blade? Decapitation?

If the plea is substantially true, it should be admissible. I can imagine a situation where I am completely innocent but the prosecution has a hundred witnesses who are certain it was me and I can’t produce any exculpatory evidence. I recognize that the state has sufficient evidence yo convict me.

Thanks, War on Drugs, for giving cartels the incentive and resources to murder in the U.S.!

“three beheadings in 2011 — two in Arizona and one in Oklahoma — “have cartel written all over them” “

And no one pays any attention to it! For some reason when a Muslim does it half way across the world, everyone gets all excited, but in our own nation by a Mexican and it’s ignored...HELL! We’ll make ‘em citizens!

What a sick, sad joke this is.

In Florida a couiple of years ago some illegal aliens were arrested for the beheading of a girl there they were using for sex parties, prostitution...

I think the girl was one of several illegal alien underage girls in the house..

What became of that case ???

I can think of a couple more, Nana, those stories are chosen to be ignored.
