Why do DemoQuack politicians want to punish law-abiding citizens who represent the overwhelming majority of gun owners for the evil actions of a distinct few?
Do we outlaw alcohol because some people choose to drink and drive which results in thousands of deaths? Or do we just prosecute and hold accountable those who drink and drive?
The DemoQuacks just don’t like law-abiding citizens holding guns, and are seeking once again to exploit a tragedy to further their agenda. Sickening.
I’m not sure about “revolution.” I do believe that the nascent “peaceful secessionist movement” and/or the state’s rights “nullification movement” will get a big boost. I’m not sure either one of those adds up to revolution, though.

It will also be a registry of people and weapons that are available for pickup at their discretion. I assume registered gun owners will have to notify government of any movements of the owner or the weapon.

You're right of course. The problem for liberty lovers is how to go about it. It must be done at the local and state government levels and national organizations (i.e., NRA). Unfortunately, local govermnents now receive most of their funding and equipment from the feds.
If a revolution were to come it would be the blue states against the red ones for the most part,
not just the north aginst the south.
