The Civil Rights Agenda, a local LGBT rights advocacy group, filed multiple complaints with the Illinois Department of Human Rights Thursday, alleging that the Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A restaurant chain’s “intolerant corporate culture” violates Illinois law and a provision in the state’s Human Rights Act.
“In our current high speed media and social media environment, Chick-fil-A has announced and caused to be published, to hundreds of millions of people, that LGBT people are unacceptable and objectionable,” said Jacob Meister, Governing Board President of TCRA and the attorney who filed the complaint. “They have made it clear the lives of LGBT individuals are unacceptable to them and that same-gender families are unwelcome at Chick-fil-A.”

This is plain and simple: The militant faggots state that the First Amendment is something that they disagree with. This will not turn out well for the leftists or the raging homos: It puts, front and center and in simplistic terms, the issue of the over-reaching judiciary and government aparatus that seeks to force us to accept even the things which we personally find objectionable. Even the mushy-middle independents will see this as a blantant crock of sh*7 and will join in turning the tide against the immoral, militant, leftists.

In fact I believe I heard on Rush the other day that CF serves AND employs gays. I don't think it's on their job applications, and I don't believe when you place your order you're also asked what you sexual preference is.

Can there be any doubt that the homosexual movement is based on hate and anger? If they were happy and content then who cares who might question their live style. But based upon their actions it demonstrates the vial nature of these people and their intolerance for anyone who questions a lifestyle they themselves hate.

You might want to check a bit further before you start supporting Wendy's. Yes, one large franchisee did put out a sign saying "We stand with Chick-Fil-A". That sign was then taken down, apparently at the urging/insistence of Wendy's corporate office. (It may have been in violation of the franchise agreement.)
Wendy's corporate later posted a tweet that the sign had been posted by the franchisee and it had been taken down. They finished their tweet with "We proudly serve ALL customers." My impression was that they were disavowing the franchisee's views.
That would certainly be my take on it.

Yeh....when WE boycott, we stay away from businesses, don’t buy a product or turn the channel, etc. When WE activate, we chip in, promote something, buy something, support something.
When THEY boycott, they interrupt business, create chaos, shove their in your face arrogant SINFUL agenda (kiss-in) in our faces, or try to take away our rights, if they don’t agree with us. And when THEY activate, it’s the same thing....

Queers are served like normal people at all Chick-fil-A’s. But queers are NOT welcome at the Chicago Islamic Center, yet I don’t see anyone attacking them.
This isn’t about the queers’ rights. It is an attack on Chick-fil-A’s owners because they are Christians.
This lawsuit is precisely why we need to stay away from CFA during the kissing protest. Part of this case will be demonstrating that the actions of CFA caused a “hostile environment for them. That would include people “praying” at them or pointing their fingers at them while laughing. Both of these were suggested behaviors in another thread.
I am speaking at a conference next month where the conference organizers were right up front with their policy: harassment is a matter of perception and NOT of intent. I told my management that I was leery of attending based on these rules, but it’s my job.
The only ones getting hurt by this are McDonnalds, Burger King francises and all the other fast food joints. Chick Filet can probably hire a team of top notch lawyers with yesterday’s profits.
This has moved from the ranks of "possible" to the category "highly probable." I would not be surprised to see this aggrieved individual win his case.
