DHS to Border Patrol, ICE: Release violent aliens as 'Dreamers'

Based on the statements of an ICE agent and a border patrol agent, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano lied to the American people when she said that the border has never been more secure.

Kerry Picket's article includes the videotaped statements from Border Patrol agent George McCubbin III and ICE agent Chris Crane. McCubbin is the president of the National Border Patrol Council. Crane is president of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council.

This is the heart of Agent Crane's statement:

As another example, the incident in El Paso released publicly last week, ICE manager were provided with the following details. One, an alien was arrested by local police and placed in jail on two charges. Charge one-assault with bodily injury to a family member and charge two-interfering with that person’s attempts to call emergency assistance."

"When ICE arrested the individual for immigration violations, he attempted to escape, another criminal offense, one agent was injured in the incident claiming the injuries were intentionally inflicted by the escapee, another criminal offense, of course assault of a federal agent, so in this case we have four possible criminal charges-two involving violence, one injured family member and one injured officer. Without any questioning, without any investigation, the alien was released as a dreamer. No criminal charges, no immigration charges, no nothing."

To the people of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California, especially the Border Patrol Agents who work there: STOP DOING WHAT THE FEDS TELL YOU TO DO!. No one other than the feds will do anything to stop you from doing your sworn duty. Throw these illegals in jail, and ship them back to mexico the first chance you get. The federal government has sided with the mexicans, and are making fools out of the Border Patrol. The feds are now guilty of failure to to discharge their duties as specified under Constitutional law, and as such, are considered a threat to National sovereignty. Any threats of intimidation, prosecution, or retaliation by the DOJ or the President for doing you duty as described by Constitutional law, makes those parties guilty of treason and insurrection, along with aiding and abetting a foreign invading force. If the government is willfully refusing to do its job, then it is left to us to do it, and that would not end well for all of the parties involved.

You are right. Americans need to start filling the streets with massive protesters much in the same manner the illegals do. Just think about it, thousands of Americans protesting nation wide, will give Obama many sleepness nights. If we all do what the illegals do, we can start to make a change.
