It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitution’s framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963.
The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obama’s family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama II’s birth.
The books containing hand written line records of vital events attributed to Obama are contained in Series RG36 of the Family Records section in the Kew branch of the BNA. The hand written line records first discovered in 2009, indicate several events were registered to the name Barack Obama (appears to be handwritten and spelled “Burack” and “Biraq”) beginning in 1953 and include two births recorded in 1958 and 1960, a marriage license registration in 1954 and a birth in 1961. Barack Obama is said to have died in 1982 and had married at least once more in Kenya and had at least one more child in 1968, but no record of these were found in the BNA because, according to the Archives’ desk reference, the events occurred after Kenya achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1963.
To date, Barack Obama II is the only known alleged son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before the independence of Kenya became official in 1963.

You say this is wrong. What, then, is your calculation of a conception date for an August 4, 1961 full-term expected delivery date?
I defended specific elements as being not yet conclusively debunked, such as the date format.
I was the one that discovered that on Wiki, Kenya was listed as a dual date format country and Wiki used an IBM software programming reference manual as the source. An Obot named Mystylplix deleted the IBM reference from Wiki immediately after I identified it and a battle in the editing history on Wiki ensued going back and forth inserting and deleting the dual date reference for Kenya has gone on ever since.
At the time I was zotted, I was defending the footprint image as not having been debunked against Polarik who was making statements about the footprint having been lifted from another site that he could not support when pressed.
Interestingly an even clearer image of only a part of that footprint including clearer partial signature loops from the nearby signatures consistent with the grainy CPGH photocopy has subsequently appeared on the web (private mail me if you want to see it).
I also was the first one to note that there was a partial fingerprint on the image, and to note that it is not typical for a forger to leave any part of a fingerprint on their work!
I also find it interesting that his official birth date is almost exactly nine months after SADO turned 18.
In the childhood photos he usually looks older than his classmates.
I would not be surprised to find he was born 11/30 to 12/17 1960.

I mostly only saw the right rear of that guy, he was about 6 foot, slightly heavy but no pot belly, VERY similar to Frank Marshall Davis. HE is the one who served me my meal, so he had to have turned around at some point to give me what ever it was I ate, I honestly dont remember, but I dont have any strong memory of facing him, just seeing him prepare my food from his right rear side
he was wearing a white apron, t-shirt, checkered pants (that I remember), he dressed like a short order cook, nothing to see here, nothing special, he looked like a cook behind a burger counter, he completely fit in
But no doubt, the guy i met told me first he was raised in Indonesia and living in Hawaii with people other than his parents. I dont remember the grandparent’s being mentioned. When I told him where I went in the Marines, when I said Mombassa, he interrupted me and said I WAS BORN THERE! with a slight smile, excited.
He definitely told me he was going to be President one day.
No one from either HMH-463 or HMM-165 wanted to go back with me with their pictures to see the guy. None of my friends I am still in touch with ever remember me asking.

That is not an accusation of any kind. It is only a recounting of what has been claimed by others on FR public eligibility threads.
My recommendation is that however many believers in the Mal-Val CT “researchers” there are remaining, they should start their own threads instead of hijacking other threads which assume at a minimum that Stanley Ann Dunham is Barry's mom and that he lived with her from when he was born until he started Punahou at age 10.
The Mal-Val believers frequently jump into threads out of the blue and make unsubstantiated claims in a special coded language but having the meaning of the following when decoded:
“Stanley Ann was not Barry's mother!”
“Stanley Ann was never in Hawaii before 1963!”
“Stanley Ann never went to U of WA or U of HI before 1963”
“Roman Obama is the original Barack H. Obama who was switched with the son of Malcolm X and Valerie Sarruf at age three or four in HI and went back to Kenya with BHO Sr and Ruth”
“Roman Obama was the son of BHO Sr.’s unknown Filipina wife”
“David Obama never existed!”
“Mark Ndesand’s picture of him and his dead brother David in a studia is actually a picture of Barry and Roman Obama!”
“Mark Ndesand’s picture of his family obviously taken at very nearly the same time as the studio picture c 1970 is actually a picture of Roman and Mark, NOT Mark and David”
“Roman Obama was substituted for Malik Obama in the household of BHO Sr. and Ruth in 1965”

If any “researchers” would like to come forward and correct me and my interpretation of their code (they use alternate confusing names for these people) I would welcome it but I would really welcome them starting their own dedicated threads. Just my personal opinion and request.

Whilst you call Maraniss an HISTORIAN the history you really need to study just passes by your outrage.

She has provided interviews, love letters, and personal diaries written during her days as Obama’s girlfriend for a new book, which focuses not only on Genevieve Cook, but also on another woman named Alex McNear of Occidental College who was his first girlfriend. The book is called “Barack Obama: The Story,” which was written by David Maraniss, a well-respected journalist for the Washington Post newspaper. Although Alex McNear got to him first, it was Genevieve Cook who was his first true love, known in his autobiography as the “New York girlfriend.” They dated for over a year and actually lived together for a short time in their love nest, an apartment in New York City. The entire span of their relationship lasted from January 1983 until May 1985. Genevieve provided juicy personal details to the author whose publisher Simon & Schuster released some excerpts which were published in Vanity Fair in order to gin up interest in the work. She was a sexually active open-minded woman who wrote at the time that she enjoyed Obama’s “sexual warmth” and how much she enjoyed seeing him shirtless. One quote from Miss Cook’s diary relates their intimate bedroom encounters this way: “I open the door, that Barack keeps closed, to his room, and enter into a warm, private space pervaded by a mixture of smells that so strongly speak of his presence, his liveliness, his habits—running sweat, Brut spray deodorant, smoking, eating raisins, sleeping, breathing.” The poetic commas are all her’s by the way.

I think we know Maraniss had a purpose, it was to introduce Geneveive into the narrative. There were just too many stories circulating about zero’s certain proclivities...but what did he really achieve by that? Freepers discovered within a very short period of time that Genevieve was at the same Banks Street school while Billy Ayers was teaching or was a student there...
Maraniss would have been wiser to leave Genevieve out. And she turned out to be ANOTHER connection to The American University of Beirut through her illustrious stepfather’s ancestors. Funny that.

The fake girlfriend is too obviously manufactured, just like the photo of them.
You should be happy then, so I suggest you stop struggling like a fly caught in a net, and allow someone else to tell their story. And the BNA 'evidence' is not evidence, it's just another story...which you happen to like because it suits your theory.
