More Political Correctness run amuck in California---this is in Solano County.
The second video shows the cops attacking and beating my friend up in front of TV cameras! I witnessed the whole thing. The cops waited for him in the hallway, said they wanted to speak to him, and after he said "no", they pounced! After slamming him to the wall and ground they finally announced he was under arrest after they beat him up. You will see that in the video. He suffered a busted eardrum, concussion, bruises all over his body and a cut on his head. The cops believed the false report called in by a guy who's rental home car spray paint business got shut down. The other witness who sponsored the basketball game is a parolee from Vallejo California.
The Solano County DA has announced that he wants to add a "hate crime" enhancement to the charges because my friend's false accusers are black.

Secondly, the video from the local TV news crew that were there covering the event. My friend is screaming in pain from the back injury he sustained in the Air Force. Notice how the cops don't say "youre under arrest" until after they beat him. You can see the blood pouring out of his ear's auditory canal in the close up.

Both videos are like bookends telling a story.
This appears to be an act of retribution. So your friend had the illegal car repair business shut down by the authorities and thought he could just walk away from that? Big mistake mister! In the new amerikan culture nobody just walks away. Could also be why the cops bungled the investigation.

Vallejo... the first CA city to declare bankruptcy.
I was raised there... it hasn’t always been a hellhole... there was an era in which it was a beautiful bedroom community for the Bay Area. Over time, though.. as the welfare, entitlement and pro-union policies which are so prevalent in U.S. cities, took hold, Vallejo went to urban hell.

It’s on my radar because I lived there in the mid-1960’s, and most of my relatives down there still live in Napa.
It wasn’t a bad place back in the day.
When I refer to those towns today I always dramatically start with the words, “A tale of two cities”.

Are there any witnesses to what transpired shortly before the ‘arrest’? Either some aspect of this story is not being fully told or shown, OR the pigs hate you because you expose their incompetence and threaten their lifelong pensions. Also, MOVE out of that filthy rat hole called Solano County. Looks decent but behaves like ghetto.
The second video reminded me a little bit of Chris Rock’s, “How not to get your a$$ kicked by the police”.
For starters, be respectful. If you are going to refuse to answer a question, don’t just keep walking. You really do force their hand. and when they try to subdue you, go limp. Let them have their way with you.
I actually had something like this happen to me. Nowhere near as dramatic, of course, but maybe that is because I completely cooperated and nothing whatsoever came of it.

I was born in the old Vallejo General Hospital when it was on Tennessee St and there for the first 24 years of my life. My parents still live in the south Vallejo home I grew up in. Both of my parents worked at Mare Island. I moved to Texas in the early 1990’s and have been here ever since.
Vallejo has always been a hellhole. The schools have always been bad. From 5th grade onward, I went to a private school elementary school in Walnut Creek and a private high school in Martinez. A lot of Vallejo teenagers I was acquaintances with were drug addicts. Narcotics were easy to get in Vallejo then and even easier now. I spent a lot of time around the sailors who went to our church so that kept me out of trouble.
The Vallejo City Council is made up of communists
that have waged war on non-union businesses that have tried to make a go of it there. All that is left are government retirees with paid for houses and drug-addicted welfare recipients with their medicinal marijuana cards.
You friend calls the cops and gets one of these guys businesses shut down.
Your friend then drives to a meeting at some corrupt city facility where cops hang out, and everyone bad moths the cops, and then they wind up jumping on your friend and throwing him in a cage?
What a honking hoot!

I forgot to say that Solano County is the armpit of California these days because California uses it as a dumping ground for parolees. Thanks to illegal aliens, California prisons are severely overcrowded so the state gives early release to a lot of trash. Too many of them end up in Solano County.

I grew up there from the mid-60s through the early 70s. It had a better time before the communists took over in the 70s.
My Dad, my Mother, granddads on both sides, and three uncles worked over at Mare Island. The city had a lot of great qualities back in the day... yes, drugs have been rampant since then, as they have virtually everywhere.
But nowadays.. I couldn’t be bribed to move back there.
I don’t know what is more ominous for Texas: Illegal alien anchor babies or the RATs moving here from California and New England. Your California jobs are moving to Texas but too many of these employees vote for the same policies that got their home state in so much trouble.
California’s illegal alien anchor baby problem is probably not so bad these days because even Mexico is better than the sewer that is California.
