When Barack Obama presented a “genuine” digital long-form birth certificate, the (threatened) media swallowed it hook, line, and sinker – even though glaring problems were identified that day.
Sheriff Arpaio’s March 1 presser announced probable cause (and a criminal investigation) for forgery and fraud for that BC and Obama’s draft registration.
The media ignored the evidence, like Charlie Brown refusing to notice that Lucy/Obama pulled the ball away leaving them belly-up. Now the media is again belly-up after swallowing a legally-worthless “verification.”
Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett gave the Hawaii Department of Health the suspected gender, date of birth, city and island of birth, father’s name, and mother’s name for Barack Obama on a form requiring the HDOH to verify the true facts of Obama’s birth.
He also asked them to verify some items “from the record” and to verify that a copy of Obama’s posted long-form is a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file.
The response was very revealing: 1. It verified the existence of a birth certificate of unstated legal value. It did NOT verify the truth of any of the items from the form – including the 4 items necessary to determine Presidential eligibility.
Those HAD to be verified if they matched a legally-valid record.
Failure to verify an item means A) the “guess” doesn’t match what’s on the BC, or B) the info matches but the BC itself is not legally valid.
(See #3 below. The info matches, so HI is indirectly confirming that the BC is not legally valid).

The matter of Hussein’s BC will never be resolved because too many influential lawmakers, on either side of the political aisle, are in the CYA mode.
They have to or they’ll lose their precious jobs and privileged status.
Certainly the Media is complicit, but no more than Congress is complicit-—both parties.
The Supreme Court and Federal Judges are also complicit. Does anyone wonder why?
None of them know what to do with the riots when Obama is removed in disgrace and placed in prison for his fraud. They do not know what to do with all the Docummentss he has falsely signed and the laws he has ratified.
This would have all been simple if the Media and others had vetted the man before he ran, but they were so anxious to get a black President that they looked the other way.

Obama’s Long form Birth Certificate was sealed and archived by order of the Court when the Soetoro adoption was finalized. A sealed and archived record becomes legally void. All assoiciated data and/records become legally void, i.e. missing page from the Dunham-Obama divorce record.
Obama’s Original Long Form Birth Certificate cannot be used in any Court in any jurisdiction because it was voided when the Soetoro adoption was finalized.

If so, we’d better admit that all is lost and that the Constitution is impracticable and should be re-written so as to please everyone.

It’s not that simple or innocent. The media looked the other way because they are under the same control as Obama. They are an integral part of the plan to weaken the US to the point that we will not be in a position to challenge their one world communist government. We have to quit making excuses for their treason. They are the enemy and the must be punished for their treasonous acts.

Oh we will have laws all right. We may not like them ,but we will have laws. Avoiding chaos is what they are trying to do by heating the frog water a little at the time.
Americans—real Americans are slow to anger enough to make revolutionary changes. We all watched as rioter took over section of our larger cities back in 68. A couple of jeeps with machine guns would have stopped it in it’s tracks, but Americans do not like violence. The rioters know this. So Government stood by and watched property destroyed and looted and burned.
Will it happen again? I suppose if Obama isn’t re-elected we will find out. I believe if he were impeached it would be a sure thing.
I do not believe that the United States is the Whole World, but I do believe if we go down the world goes down.
