Day of Silence, organized by the national homosexual activist group GLSEN, has become an annual day-long pro-homosexual event in high schools, colleges, and now even middle schools across the country. School officials encourage kids to be silent for the entire day as a sign of solidarity with the homosexual activist movement. Children are encouraged to wear special homosexual badges, stickers, and bracelets which are often handed out at all the school entrances that day. There are also pro-homosexual posters and handouts, and even workshops.
Pro-family groups across America are fighting back by supporting the Day of Silence Walkout. The message to parents is: Find out if your school is allowing it to take place. If so, keep your kids home that day, and let the school administration know why you're doing it. (Note: Some schools may have moved the date from tomorrow because of spring vacations. Note that this event is also happening in many private schools!)
In past years, thousands of kids across the country have stayed home - causing many schools to stop having the Day of Silence. It's important to confront this by boycotting the schools that day!

How about sex with teachers day too while we are at it. Badges et al, I thought wearing provacative items, like crosses and the like, was reason for suspension. I find this highly offensive. Time for the public to begin home schooling and shut down this mindless propaganda machinery we call “public” education...seems to me more like pubic education these days anyway.
