This news goes largely unreported, as race-hustling vultures, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, swoop onto the scene to exploit the tragic shooting for personal publicity and political gain, appointing themselves as judge and jury in the Trayvon Martin shooting case. President Obama is promoting a race war by inferring that Martin was practically his own son: "If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon." He might as well as said, "When you kill Trayvon, you've killed my own son. If you support me, retaliate!"

The pint is mute now. The msm and race hustlers have their marching orders. This is all part of obumbers re-election strategy. Hell, they even got santorum to buy into it. They think they can control anarchy, I hope it bytes them in the butt.

The crowd protesting this won’t care if it’s proven that it was self-defense. They’ll just declare it a cover up or some other sort of thing.

The only thing Zimmerman is guilty of is bad judgment. He made his call and he shouldn’t have left his truck. On the other hand, if he wanted to ask someone strange who they were and what they were doing there, he had the right to do so. Rude, but within his rights.
Trayvon, on the other hand, is guilty of being both violent and stupid. He was the last person that could have prevented his death and didn’t chose to do so. He didn’t have to attack Zimmerman and he could have backed off at any time without getting shot.
No HONEST jury, in an HONEST trial, will convict Zimmerman. Doesn’t mean he’ll get one, though.
And that won’t keep the justice system from bankrupting him.
This shooting has created entire scenarios for the left.

Maybe I’m missing something, so I need an explanation. Prior to that, let me say that I have no doubts that the race-baiters will take full advantage of this situation. A neighborhood watch volunteer witnesses a 17 year old black male walking down the street, witnesses no crime but still calls 911. Neighborhood Watch volunteers are NEVER supposed to tail or confront suspects, under any circumstances. The 911 operator tells Zimmerman “we don’t need you to follow him”, but Zimmerman does anyway. At some point after following Martin, Zimmerman then exits the vehicle and confronts him (at least verbally, and it is possible a weapon was displayed, no one knows). This is the same Zimmerman who called 911 almost 50 times over the previous year, and that is relevant as it should give an idea of his mindstate. No one knows what happens next and it is quite possible Martin initiated the physical confrontation that the witness saw. Would anyone here (much less a high school kid) not be on edge and spooked after being followed in a vehicle and then approached by an unknown adult male? It is also quite possible that the weapon was not displayed until Zimmerman was scared for his life and getting hit. But make no mistake, Zimmerman saw no crime committed and went out looking for trouble by following this kid out of his driveway. It was a case of extreme stupidity and it also was a case of him profiling an innocent kid who had committed no crime. What a mess this is, and it’s a shame that someone ended up dead. It is also a shame that this will be used for political motives, as it already has.
The media have been shameful in their coverage of this. Had they simply reviewed the police reports and did the investigation before they leaped to conclusions a lot of the contraversy would’ve disappeared and Trayvon & Zimmerman would have been a local story that went no where.
Two things that stink about this whole thing is how the media purposefully tilted this story from the choice of dated pictures of Trayvon to make him look like an innocent baby faced boy that no one in their right mind would suspect while choosing to post a picture of Zimmerman that made him appear as if were a dullard thug. The second thing is trying to suggest he called the boy a ‘coon’. Listen to the original unenhanced or doctored version and it sounds like he said punks not coons but if you listen to the version with the highs and lows normed it makes it sound like he said coons. This is really crazy.
Listen to this and then go find some other enhanced versions. Its as if they purposely stretched and altered the waveform to soften the P to and to make the un take on a more long ‘oo’ sound. The original has no long ‘oo’ and the ‘P’ sound is clear.

I read that Zimmerman was returning to his vehicle when the final confrontation started. Where did you find that Zimmerman confronted Martin face to face? I haven’t seen ANY reports of that happening.
Also, I thought the 911 calls were 50 over 6 years...
He did not call 911 50 times in one year. I don’t know where you are getting that misinformation.
I think he meant if Martin backed off he would not have got shot.
