Very disappointing that Rush fumbled this ball.
He was on top of the contraceptive ploy immediately when Steffi Stephanopulos whipped it out (as directed by Axlegrease) in the first January debate.
Unfortunately with one errant comment the MSM was able to turn the tables completely. A whole week spent not talking about the economy and $5 gas.
Kind of like your star running back going 80 yards and fumbling on the one yard line.
Thankfully it’s only March.
Maybe more akin to a turnover followed immediately by another turnover.
A lot of good came out of all this. People got PISSED....and look what it finally took? Rush being attacked. You can do what you want, but by God do NOT f**k with our Rush Limbaugh.
I happen to feel the same way, natch. Additionally, Rush was able to flush his weak sister sponsors. Never, ever again will one of his sponsors go all jellyfish when a made-up “controversy” over Rush is tossed out by the MSM and their liberal handlers in DC/NY.
The real point is that the Left has neatly outmaneuvered all of us by driving the narrative and a very effective campaign against Rush's sponsors. They sharpened that tool getting Beck off the air, now they've gone after the Big Kahuna.
We need to fight back better.
Because of Rush's "fumble" it has exposed the blatant hypocrisy of the left from which there is no return! Believe it or not, gas hits $5 and it's all over for the dems, if it's not already!
I think if Obama's loses this election it's going to make it look like Jimmy Carter won in a landslide!
