The Occupy Wall Street movement is almost five months old and although some vow not to abandon their posts throughout the country, HBO’s Bill Maher says the protest has ran its course.
On Friday night’s airing of “Real Time with Bill Maher,” Maher likened the Occupy movement to the U.S. occupation of Afghanistan, which according to him has gone on too long.
“Let me ask about another occupation because this is, and you would be good on this, too, panel — the Occupy Wall Street,” Maher said. “Because similar to Afghanistan, when you occupy anything too long, people do get pissed off. And as I watch them on the news now, I find myself almost agreeing with Newt Gingrich, like you know what — get a job.”

I think the problem with these fleabaggers who won’t give it up and move on is that they want to make the so called “occupy” movement a career. They want to milk fleabagging for all they can get out of it for as long as they can. Camping out and coloring signs beats having to work for a living. It’s kind of like going to summer camp all year long. All that’s missing is the canoe.

He's simply one of those pseudo intellectual asses that make their money by bullying others, often defenseless people. Maher is like the jerk in the high school class that picks on others and you just can't help laughing because of how brutal the statement is. ***It's all at other peoples expense, it's never productive*** Instead of fists, he punches someone in the eye with words. We all knew these kids in high school, they sat there picking on others and people would laugh while the teacher would have to work to regain control of the classroom. That's Maher.
These people really aren't all that bright usually although they are engrossed with some idea of intellectualism and cultural sophistication. You see, that is their substitute, that is what they will use to raise themselves above others. This to them supersedes any idea of morality or logical consistency across arguments. They are usually somewhat intelligent (but not brilliant), they are often runts who lack the body to be physical (they even make fun of those who are physical), so they use that little intellect they do have to pound on others to raise their own low self worth. If they had the body, they would be the ones pushing people around in locker rooms or school halls. The best word for people like this is “punk.”
The fact that someone like this gets a following today says something about American culture.

Yes. Remember, back when everyone else was in the race, Newt was a liberal jerk from the establishment who was a GW proponent and Scuzzy lover. Somehow, after complaining about rich people and the machine, he is now the great conservative hope. But he isnt any different than he was 6 months ago.
