SHAME ON YOU!!
We, your loyal listeners and watchers have been carrying water for all'yall for years now. We have made you rich, powerful, and put you where you are at, namely multimillionaires.
YOU HAVE LET US DOWN.
So much so we now have a man in the office of president that you FEAR to tell the truth about.
Those of us who have dedicated our unpaid time, dozens if not hundreds of hours, our personal reputations and personal information, have been patiently waiting for you to notice us and what we have accomplished.
WE KNOW YOU ARE READING WHAT WE HAVE FOUND.
WE KNOW YOU KNOW.
Why are you NOT talking about it? It is only a controversy GREATER than Watergate for heaven's sake! It is constitutional crisis which left untreated WILL result in the complete destruction of the document which created this Nation - because YOU are staying silent!
Where is your courage? We used to trust you to take up the issues which concerned US, but you have let us down on this. Completely let us down.
The only thing we out here in reality land can think of, is that you have been threatened. Either directly, or through your broadcasting bosses.
We can't think of any other potential reason, because we have researched it all so thoroughly, and proven that Barack Hussein Obama is NOT constitutionally qualified to hold the Office of President. Proven it over and over, and thoroughly researched the laws which support our claims! We have done all your work FOR you, and still you remain silent.
Inexplicably, you are protecting an usurper!!!! A man who has killed hundreds across the world with the powers he usurped! The wrongness of this is hard to put into words profound enough to accurately portray the horror of this realization.

What do you fear? Losing your jobs? Because we have your backs you know. We won't let that happen. Is it a physical threat against your families? We got your backs there as well, if you go public for darned sure no such threat could be carried out, and those who threatened you will be exposed and punished. Is it that you do not understand the evidence? Minor V. Happersett 1874 is NOT that hard to understand, it isn't even that long as SCOTUS cases go... Go read it. Is it because some lawyer working for your bosses have told you that it is a nothing issue??? Maybe you should stop and think about those lawyers motivations, maybe they have been threatened too.
Is it because you fear race riots as Obama supporters have threatened, or being painted as begin responsible for them?
Well, I am here to say, this isn't about race. Bobby Jindal is Indian by heritage, Marco Rubio is Cuban.... neither man is eligible for the same reason Obama is. Yet, because of Obama, certain establishment powers that be trial balloon their names for POTUS or Veep on a weekly if not daily basis!
Obviously, it isn't about race, or about party politics.
It is about the CONSTITUTION you silly people. Obama has made the constitution irrelevant with his presence in the White House. How can a man take an oath of office to something which says he cannot take that oath? Short answer is he cannot. What does that mean in a larger and simpler level? Obama is NOT bound by the Constitution - hence Obama Care, Tzars, Unconstitutional EPA powers, and laws signed giving away Habius Corpus and rights guaranteed to us and to the states. Do you honestly think that the FCC is really off your backs considering all the other unconstitutional baloney going on? Really? Really?! Or is the FCC the source of the threats?
We aren't asking you to come out publicly on OUR side. We are asking that you FAIRLY report on what is the single most important issue to occur in the last 200 years short of the Civil War. Report both sides! PLEASE!!! Just start reporting on it darn it! If we are wrong, prove it. If we are right, then DEAL with it as honest brokers of information!
We must fight for the constitution, and if you are truly conservatives, truly Americans who value this Nation and what created it - the Constitution... if you value your OWN freedoms guaranteed you by that very document as members of the press, then you MUST report on what appears to be a violent attack on the Constitution. That attack is embodied by Barack Obama.
REPORT ON IT. Its time to get off the fence. We know you are on it, we know you are paying attention. We know you are deliberately keeping mum on the subject.
We demand you finally find the courage of your convictions, and pay back some of the support we have given you over the years which have made you rich beyond belief, and powerful enough to change the disastrous path we have all been forced down.
Put up or shut up Conservative Talk Radio and TV hosts. Your hour of reckoning is at hand. We are listening and waiting, and we won't be waiting or listening much longer.
Either you are our voice or you have betrayed us.

As a fan of FR, I do not sign on to this letter. It is silly.

Folks it is time to start hammering conservative hosts. That means calling the shows, forcing call screeners to deal with us. Eventually producers and hosts will start to get that they have to deal with it. Anyone with contact lists - show call in numbers email addresses twitter accounts please post them. Fear nothing folks, the worst that can happen is screeners and hosts will embarrass themselves and we will know them for what they are.
We contact our congress critters, now it is time to contact those who claim to be OUR voice.

I’m totally with Cotter. I have never been able to figure out why O’s eligibility has not been a major issue for the GOP....it’s not rocket science to figure out that if natural born means 2 citizen parents - he doesn’t qualify - and then all the havoc he has wreaked on our country has been in vain. Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, OReilly - none of them have done justice to this matter and I have long been suspicious. Rush has hardly talked about it at all. Last year I maybe came up with the answer....Rubio, Jindal and Haley will have the same problem and the GOP doesn’t want the same rules applied to THEM so they are laying low and throwing us under the bus. WASS!

We should all be calling these so-called conservatives about whatever else they want to talk about, and then ask them why they are not reporting this. If everyone does this, they will have to discuss it.
Yes! That is all I am asking for, an open public discussion.
I feel once that happens, that it will turn out for the better, we might succeed in ridding ourselves of unconstitutional candidates, and instead harken back to our roots when we were truly free. We are not free today, and anyone telling you we are is part of the problem, not the solution.

When will these folks start talking about a SCOTUS case (Minor V. Happersett 1874), which, if known in 2008, would have PREVENTED both an Obama candidacy and presidency??
Heck, they refused to call Obama on HIS blatant white racism as proven by his 20 year association with Wright! How can we expect them to nail Obama on his usurpation?

Jan 26, 2012 Georgia Judge Malihi scheduled a hearing about this matter. Both Obama & his lawyer, Jablonski were subpoenaed to appear in the courtroom & both were 'no shows' in violation of the judge's order to appear.
The judge himself refused to allow Obama’s earlier request that the subpoena be quashed. The judge heard 3 law suits in order to have the allegations put on record.
Georgia Secretary of State Kemp backed Malihi in his response to Michael Jablonski’s letter, telling the lawyer “…If you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedingsproceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.”
Both the Sec of State & judge Malihi seem to agree that Obama should not appear on the ballot in Georgia. Attorneys for both sides have until February 5th to present additional evidence for their claims.

This is where you lose all credibility. Hannity did more to bring Jeremiah Wright to the attention of the nation than any other single person. Rush also mentioned Reverend Wright a ton also. I'm not sure about Ingraham on Rev Wright.
Anyway, you might have some good points - but you are so far off base on this that it does bring legit doubt to your entire rant.
I have been following developments in Georgia quite closely. There are rumors - from good sources- that the judge in chambers before the hearing told the attorneys that he was going to file a default Judgement for the plaintiffs. I have some concerns about that because it might mean that the case gets decided that way based upon circumstance (Obama and his lawyers not showing up) instead of on the merits. Much depends on what the Judge says in the opinion he renders. Furthermore, what the SoS has to say about it once he gets Malihi’s decision will also have great impact.
Its going to be very interesting.

I am in total agreement with Danae on this issue. It is a very bazaar time in history and a crossroads for the nation. I have been a Freeper since before the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal, and have enjoyed Rush since before “Dan’s Bake Sale”. I am in withdrawal from the Drudge Report but I will not go back unless there is an apology for the horrible attacks on Newt.
Is it easy to spout the basic tenants of conservatism and capitalism on the radio but our country needs these people to take a stand now! If Rush and company cannot report on Fast and Furious and the obvious ineligibility of Obama then he is just part of the establishment.
These are the most serious of constitutional issues we face, I love you Rush but the clock is ticking, you are loosing credibility fast. Go after the Natural Born Citizen issue with Marco Rubio. I like Hannity as well but he comes off as an imbecile when he keeps pitching Rubio for VP.
So what if you lose 2/3rds of your stations, do the right thing and I will pay good money to subscribe to an online
broadcast.
Rush, You cannot sit on the fence on revolt from the establishment, don’t pretend to be with us, don’t coddle us!
If you really believe in the constitution you need to be our spokes person, fully cross the line. You do this by reporting on fast and furious and at least acknowledge that Minor Vs. Happersett needs to be heard. Stop acting like a squishy moderate on these issues! If you don’t take action now you just may become known as the great voice of the middle. Remember you can’t take it with you anyway when your gone.
Endorse Newt or show us an alternative.

So they drop the subject? Why do they not continue to investigate? In the middle of an election season?
Obama’s racism aside, these folks have an opportunity to legitimately get the man removed from power. They are failing to investigate and talk about it. Instead they have ignored it. The one thing which could LEGALLY invalidate the man’s claim to the office of POTUS.
I respect you Edmund, but you are wrong on this. Pointing out Obama’s racism, or his terrorist allies is one thing, it is an attack on reputation and character. No doubt about that. Using minor V Happersett on Obama would remove him from office, by LAW. Those are two entirely different critters my friend.
Conservative talking heads have not availed themselves of this topic. No one can argue that. Furthermore, they are not doing so on the merit or lack of merit of the SCOTUS case!
I am attempting to point out the duplicity of this state of affairs. I consider it a legitimate topic. You are free to disagree. I cannot however find it within myself to regret bringing it up.

Who are they supporting? I only have a limited amount of time and have a lot on my plate, I can’t follow all of them all the time. It’s just too much, and my chemistry classes are demanding of my time (to say the least).
I have heard a few talk about it. But they don’t put it into the damning context it deserves.
Racism is using race as a means to an end. Wright and Obama are racists. So too is Al Sharpton, Charlie Rangle, Maxine Watters and the rest of the Congressional Black Caucus who keep the black community poor and dependent upon THEM for their handouts, free cheese and designer home loans.
What really raises my eyebrows is the Mitt Romney set up a program to get BUS RIDERS home loans!!! That is no different than ACORN minions badgering and harassing banks to write those devastating home loans. It is terribly sad that a “conservative” would do this, as far as I am concerned, that gets you thrown right out of the club, but that’s just my opinion.
I was merely pointing out that when you go off on a rant (and that’s not a bad thing) - you need to make sure you have your facts straight or you lose cred. To say that Limbaugh and Hannity did not expose Jeremiah Wright is incredibly inaccurate.
Further, to say they’ve dropped it is also inaccurate. I’ve heard numerous Jeremiah Wright references over the years since the 08 election season on both shows.
Now, I am sorry they are not pushing it as hard as you would like - but removing Obama from office is not their job. If they simply hammered this day in and day out, they would not have an audience and therefore could do no good for themselves or for us.
If you are going to criticize show content, keep in mind that they are not putting on a show for just your pleasure or concerns. Talk radio is a huge positive in our nation on balance. They may not be doing ‘your’ bidding, but they are not the problem .

Rush and Levin talked about Jeremiah Wright also, but Hannity did spend more time on it than anyone I think.
Medved is up front with supporting Romney although he supported McCain in 2008.
Hewitt actually wrote the book to break down Christian resistance to Romney.
Rush joined Drudge in Bloody Thursday leaving no doubt that after endorsing Romney in 2008, he is still a Romney man.
That says more about YOU than it does me.
