Jan. 10, 2012) — Atty. Orly Taitz has reported on her website that Judge Rhonda Nishimura has granted Taitz’s request to expedite a hearing originally scheduled for January 26, when Taitz must be in Georgia for a ballot challenge hearing.
The new date is this Friday, January 13, and Taitz will be making her fifth trip to Hawaii since filing the case Taitz v. Fuddy. Dr. Alvin Onaka, Registrar at the Hawaii Department of Health, was also named a defendant.

I’ve said that I do not believe that Obama will finish his term in office. I do believe that one way this could happen is if his “string pullers” decide to let this birther thing get real legs, and just let events unfold.
Decide against Orly to send a message to the GA court.

It looks like HI will refuse to honor the requests for docs. This will be a foolish move because the judge in GA will just declare Ozero off the ballot until he demonstrates eligibility which he cannot do.
I think if there is a thorough investigation, Nancy Pelosi could be dragged to prison for the documents she signed.
Possibly, I hope that any court would have the cojones to stand on their own and not bow to outside influence or political pressure.
However, the only court experience I have is paying a mouthpiece for me own dumbassedness.
I have learned a few phrases, nolo contendre etc.
They may need to get a legit BC,( as in certified by a Hawaiian court), into the legal arena before the Georgia Judge starts his hearing.
HI may not have a choice if the suspicion of many of us is correct. Although one of the attorneys has stipulated that place of birth is irrelevant, the issue seems embedded in any challenge.
My hunch has always been that if one state (or Congress) stands up and does the appropriate and easy thing, he will resign or decline to run for a second term (or worse +/-) "for the good of the nation".
If so, the question then becomes whether "they" have the guts to put up Hillary; if not, who?

I don’t have the two DNC certs handy right now, but I contend that the one signed for HI was forged. So she could have plausible deniability....

If her signature was forged and she knew it but failed to report it to law enforcement then she is at the least guilty of the Federal General Misstatement Act (I hope I’m remembering that name correctly).
That whole DNC cert thing stills bothers me. IMO she didn’t sign it. She will never say she saw it and it was never stamped by HI and we have that “Tom?” something or another that was in charge of certifying the candidates and he said, before he was asked to resign, that he could not verify Obama’s birth record. So did HI ever properly certify Zero for their own ballot?
I think none of us will get out of this life without an ‘experience’ like that.

Are you talking about Kevin Cronin, who used to be the head of the Elections Office? Did he say before he left office that he couldn’t verify Obama’s birth record? I know there was an article at “The Daily Pen” that suggested how things had gone but I don’t think there was ever any documentation that it ever actually had gone like that. Am I missing something?
That is a very distinct possibility. If so, and his handlers pull the rug out from under him, that ego may drive him to other, more dramatic measures.

I have said the same thing. As it becomes clear that Barry is going to lose in a landslide as Rush which predicting he may well be asked/told to step aside so Hillary or somebody can run agains’t the GOP candidate. This birther thing may push that scenario along. If the guy cannot get on the ballot of 4-6 states how could he win the presidency anyway?

I’m seeing more movement on the birther front. Two states are now demanding proof it seems. The problem is that they’re in the deep South where I don’t think Obama would win anyway.
It would be impossible for any state to ignore a ruling of ineligible.
Citizens, and Dual Citizens such as Obama, would demand some clarification.
Something just dawned on me.
When Obama came back from Indonesia, to get into the USA he may have needed his father there because he was Identified as a Kenyan citizen with his Father. His Mother was married to Soetoro and living as an Indonesian. Ann Dunham couldn't get him out of Indonesia because he was removed from her passport several years before when Obama became an Indonesian citizen upon adoption and her passport records documents this. But Obama Sr. could get him out of Indonesia if he asserted that Obama Jr. was a Kenyan citizen. Then once in the USA, he handed his Kenyan boy over to his USA Grandparents. This is why Obama Sr. came back to the states. They needed his Kenyan citizenship and Parental rights to get citizen Obama out of Indonesia.
What is key here is that Ann Dunham documented his loss of US citizenship with her passport. She called him Soebarkah.
After she did this, she couldn't get him back into the USA, just as she could not get his adoptive father Soetoro back into the USA. But unlike Soetoro SR. , Soebarkah still had a claim to Kenyan citizenship. He had not yet officialy lost it yet, like he did with the USA. So a Kenyan on a visa to the USA could travel with his Kenyan son in the USA. Once Obam Sr. asserted his Kenyan rights in the USA, Soebrkah was released from his Indonesian claims in USA immigration.
I bet that Kenya, at some time, had documents, most probably a passport for Barak Obama Jr.

Somehow, Indonesian citizen Soebarkah entered the USA as Barak Obamah, Kenyan citizen. He needed the documents to do it. Then the adoption was annulled. His BC has the adoption recorded, and this is the only reason it stays hidden.

Boy does that make sense. Sr’s earlier immigration file is public but not his passport file, at least I have not seen it. If you are correct then the 10 year old would certainly remember this event and why it had to happen.
What a tug-of-war that must have been, remember, he was in Hawaii near Christmas 1969, and must have retured to Indonesia for another school year, which apparently starts in January.

Who was Soebarkah? For that name to need to be removed from her passport renewal in August, 1968, that name must have belonged to zero. And Soebarkah isn’t Soetoro.
It is amazing that someone has not yet deciphered Soebarkah. I have been to a few foriegn countries and for instance in India a name can tell a person of know where that person was from. So there must be a reason for the combination of SOEtoro BARaKah. It would be telling IMO if we understood how that name was developed.
