Note on time born there is a small diagonal mark that corresponds with one on the Nordyke doc. It would mean that its the same typewriter or Obama’s doc was made digitally from the Nordyke doc ....I see no reason for that mark to be in both documents
I lived in HI for years and counties are a big deal there. Why would Nordykes’ have the county, Oahu, and Zero’s have just the state?

To illustrate, select the typewritten letter "M" with the "rectangular box outline" select tool on the left bar of paint, and apply a -2 degree vertical skew using the menu selections image, then resize skew, enter -2 into the lower box. The Distortion vanishes and the word Male looks like its on a flat piece of paper. The word Male on the "Scanned" LFBC follows the green background more than the curved contours that vertically parallel the distorted box No.2 edges.

Or are you suggesting Hawaii has the worlds first AI capable scanning software that knows what shape the signature is “supposed” to look like, then applies extra pixels. That's NOT a scan, that's guessing.
It would make more sense just to do a higher resolution greyscale scan of the whole document. If that was the case the pixels would all be the same size.
Having different resolutions for different areas of the form might make sense if the forms were flat documents, but they are in book form so positioning a book for a scan would be very difficult and labor intensive. That makes no sense.
