The double talking liberal Democrats in Illinois have voted down a Republican measure to demand photo ID be produced by those attempting to vote. The arguments they made were the same shopworn nonsense they always use: “Such a law will discourage voting” “It disadvantage minority groups” and so on.
In spite of the ever increasing movement toward photo identification everywhere we look, these people are able to kill photo ID bills. They have the votes in the Illinois Legislature and fear their fraudulent voters will not be able to keep supporting them if the system all of a sudden became honest overnight.
Gun Control is their religion
The same liberal Democrats who fight to keep voters from having to produce photo ID, have now passed a new law that will DEMAND photo ID for those who want to exercise their Second Amendment rights and buy a gun. …..not all of Illinois’ citizens can merely shrug off this law.
The Land of Lincoln has a sizable Amish population for whom guns are an everyday tool of life. They rely on guns for their protection…... The Amish, however, have a religious law that forbids them from knowingly having their picture taken – they can’t do it.
The situation is critical for the Amish because they are a religious minority with little connection to the secular world and no one to stand up for them against the liberals’ exercise of THEIR religion which is gun control.

As an Illinois resident, I would like to suggest that our Democrat state senators and representatives flee to Indiana, Wisconsin or anywhere.
Let me correct this to be more accurate since the Democrats cant seem to say it correctly.

I agree with you, and I live near Chicago. In which city do you live? I’m running for the Glenview Park District Board. If you know anyone who lives in my district, please ask them to vote for me, tomorrow. The district includes Glenview and Golf and parts of Northbrook, Niles, and Skokie.
