I did want to see Palin run for President at one time but not anymore... a whole list of reasons.

I love Sarah but she is not ready for prime-time yet.

Can we just get through 2010 before we start treading on 2012?

Ask again in 10 years. If she has worked at anything but getting elected by then, I’ll vote for her.

We are going to need a strong, conservative candidate who has not been eviscerated by the news media - unfortunately, Sarah Palin has been beatn up too much and is TOO controversial for 2012. Especially after the nightmare Obama is bringing, we NEED a strong ECONOMIST and SOMEONE who’s strong enough to encourage independents and democrats to change sides. I see a few out there: Haley Barbour (GOV MISS), Mitch Daniels (GOV IND) and new on the horizon: Chris Christie (GOV NJ)

I prefer a “No, we can do better” choice, rather than a “No, definitely not”. But, at this time, I cannot support a Palin primary run. If she gets the GOP nod, she gets my vote, but I can’t conclude that she is the best option for conservative Republicans yet.

Maybe.

I really just want to see a vigourous primary with lots of sound conservatives, and may the best candidate, Sarah or whoever else, win.

OK - I wanted to add onto my earlier post on Chris Christie -I have to say that he may not qualify under all the Conservative ideas, but I think he may have the strength to bring our economy in line and doesn’t care about being politically correct! He’s worth bearing watching!

I voted No. If she is our nominee, Hussein Obama gets a 2nd term. We need to come up with a viable Conservative candidate.

I can understand her endorsement of McCain - he took her to the prom so to speak. But her endorsement of Carly Fiorina is incomprehensible and very troubling.

Sarah is not ready, just as Obama was not ready.

I’ve moved into the not sure category. I understood the McCain thing, even though I support JD. At this point I have no idea what Sarah is doing, or why she is doing it. I’ll wait to see what our other offerings are.

Still way too early for stuff like this. Let’s get through the mid-terms first and then see who’s put themselves in position.

Conservatives need to unite this time around, whomever the best (in political, as well as philosophical terms) conservative declared candidate is. If we get balkanized again, we’ll be saddled with Romney as nominee before we can blink.

The only decision Palin made that I disagree with is supporting McCain (and I understand why she did that).

I am unconvinced that DeVore is electable and I sure don't want Campbell.

The rest of her moves have been golden: Sean Parnell, her successor, has a huge lead in the polls. West, Duffey, Emmer, Paul and the rest of the candidates she endorsed are doing very well.

Sarah Palin has been walking the walk while others - like Mitt Romney - are even afraid to talk the talk. She is a very astute politician, but she will never satisfy the 100 percenters.

Still the best one at the moment.

If we find a better candidate, I'll change my mind. Let's get beyond 2010 and see what we get.

She can run in 2012 if she wants to. And she will get the nomination if she beats everyone else running. And that is entirely possible.

She’d be a great candidate. I don’t know yet if I’d want her to be the nominee.
