Everybody knows it is out there. The news just printed it. Why face claims the white house is trying to hide it?

Why and for what? Obama has a million dollar dinner on our tax dollar and a guy embaresses the heck out of it. Makes me smile.

Seems to me that the secret service screwed up here and its not the first time.
secret service careers are ending as we speak. what a screw up. a breach in security so staggeringly serious that it leads to direct access to the president himself.

I heard on local news the couple was auditioning for a reality tv show and the tv crew covered the prep for this?
I just see it as another dent in Obama’s “flawless” facade.

The Secret Service needs to throw the book at this couple and some heads need to roll over this incident.

whoever screwed the pooch on this one should be fired. that includes secret service and zero’s staff plus the couple should be charged and prosecuted.
Only triable charges I can see are misdemeanor trespassing at most. And the Agents at the door the couple came in got damn fraking lucky the couple wasn’t a threat.

If the couple were white toast instead of Muslim flat bread, they would be in jail awaiting a bail hearing.
So, what about the WH statement that the couple didn’t get inside the WH or anywhere near Hussein? Liars, all.

It was probably up before anyone even realized what had happened. Once it's up, it's cached, somewhere. They probably thought it would look worse if they then tried to bury it. Just a guess.

Yea that’s a good point, they were never asked to leave either. Apparently the only reason they were caught was after the fact on facebook.
Personally, I think if they don’t prosecute - if for nothing other than criminal trespass - they’re going to be sending the wrong message for future Presidents and First families.

I’m sure they could have but in this case Obama is blameless in my opinion. Something definitely needs to be done before something truly bad happens.
In 03 a previously deported illegal alien named Salvador Martinez-Gonzalez gained access to the white house, pentagon, and NASA. He even had a picture Taken with Dick and Lynn Cheney.

CBS news glossed over it; but, they did mention that the WH social secretary was not at the door with on on guest list. The SS is taking the fall; but somebody else may have dropped the ball. I don’t know if the social secretary is some political appointee, or not.
Then, in a sign we’re all doomed, they interviewed the party crasher’s hairdresser - everybody gets 15 minutes.

I'd have to reread my original post, but I don't remember absolving the Secret Service of any culpability. But, the fact of the matter is the White House isn't a place to be pulling reality show pranks. If they don't face some legal consequences, it's going to invite others to try and pull the same stunt.
I've attended a WH event. If your name isn't on the "list", you're not getting in - unless of course someone intercedes - someone with some authority. I'm still not convinced that this is entirely the fault of the SS, and NOT some White House staffer. I'd hate to see some SS agent get thrown under the bus if it was an Obama aide that gave the OK to let them in.

True. It shows the Secret Service left the door open. Lucky it was just someone wanting to met him and not someone bent on other motives.
Secret Service should fire someone over this and reprimand (office in writing in permanent file) anyone else involved.
If this was such a big deal for her I wonder why she didn’t get her hair done? What a mess. That’s how I wear my hair on Saturday mornings when I’m doing stable work.
