What the Society of leftist Communists?
So... let me get a few things straight in my head...
First - WHO bombed who, first?
Second - Who was on a terroristic and genocidal tear in China preceding WW2?
Third - Who treated POWs as cash?
Fourth - I guess it would have been better to continue the conventional bombing of the entire nation of Japan - firebombing it from one city to the next like was done in Tokyo (and in several Germain cities in Europe)?
Fifth - Please tell me this is a parody report!!!
If you dont want none, never, ever, fookin ever, start one...
Go to Hell and Burn...
If JapHoles hadn’t bombed London....
Maybe they’d like to talk about the Bataan death march?
For those that don’t know what this is, surrendered Filipinos and Americans were rounded up by the Japanese and forced to march some 65 miles from Mariveles, on the southern end of the Bataan Peninsula, to San Fernando.
The men were divided into groups of approximately 100, and what became known as the Bataan Death March typically took each group around five days to complete. The exact figures are unknown, but it is believed that thousands of troops died because of the brutality of their captors, who starved and beat the marchers, and bayoneted those too weak to walk.
Survivors were taken by rail from San Fernando to prisoner-of-war camps, where thousands more died from disease, mistreatment and starvation.
The bombs were warned about and were a one strike entity. The butchering of Filipino and American troops for torture for months is different.

OK!
Time to leave East Asia and let Japan deal with Fat boy themselves.
How about we begin “War Crimes” talk with Nanking? Eh Japs?
They should have thought of the consequences before attacking Pearl Harbor. They awoke a sleeping giant, one filled with a great resolve.
The Atomic bombs were a blessing to the American soldiers and to the Japanese civilians who would have perished had a conventional invasion of Japan taken place.
That said, the Japanese richly deserved the nukes as well as the firebombings - for the evil done by their roving gang of sadists, the ISIS of the 1940s, known as the Japanese Imperial Army. The garbage that was the Japanese culture of the time had to be stomped into oblivion, for the good of the world, and secondarily for the good of the Japanese.
Mine too. And as a result, mine! My dad was infantry in WW2, in Europe, but the plan was to invade Japan, and it was what would have been necessary had the war carried on.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that while the damage to Nagasaki and Hiroshima was devastating to those two cities, an American invasion of Japan would have created an amount of damage far greater, spread over a much larger area. And, it would have resulted in more lives lost, both US and Japanese. At the time, I suspect that US lives were of greater importance. But it was a time of war. I war, you want to live while your enemy dies.
Better yet - decree all of Japan’s war efforts war crimes which required drastic measures to counter for the sake of civilized societies....
RE: Those bombs saved my father’s life.
Hooah. Mine too. He fought with the Marines at Okinawa.
Pearl Harbor, Bataan Death March, the Japanese were brutal. The bombs ended the War and saved the lives of countless Allied Forces.
Those Japanese have some nerve. Have they declared Pearl Harbor, an OFFENSIVE action, a war crime? Maybe they have, but I’ve never heard about it.
Never! Don’t make us do it again.
Soon as the Japanese admit that Pearl Harbor was a war crime and apologize for it.
And it's other atrocities.

I visited the site of the 2nd bomb in Nagasaki. After they determined that up to a million military personnel could be killed or wounded during an invasion of Japan, the sensible thing to do was to end the war quickly and the best way to do that is with the bomb. They had a good show on TNT (Manhattan) about the making of the first atomic weapons.
