1. Implement E-Verify. 2. Integrate local law enforcement into to deportation process to the extent possible 3. Cut off welfare and other benefits 4. Collect and disseminate real data on the actual costs of this problem in relief, education, incarceration and medical programs. 5. Aggressively prosecute employers who are violating the law. That will go a long way in terms of reducing the number of illegal immigrants in our nation.

Step 1) Anyone who is not here legally immediately goes back to whatever country they came from.
Step 2) There is no step 2. That will stop all the ICE raids.
