I had a nice chat with our chief of police today. City of about 50k. Told him that the International Association of Chiefs of Police needed to make a statement about San Jose and that chief and mayor, that this is scary stuff, and completely unacceptable. He agreed, is involved in the organization, is going to talk to some folks.
Call your local chiefs, put pressure on via IACP. No one want to see a shooting civil war.
