Huntsville is an odd town. Huge number of engineers yet it has about twice the national average in crime statistics. I’m guessing most of the engineers commute in from areas outside of Huntsville and there are bad sections of town. Public schools aren’t that great also.
Very depressing to read, but over here it is just the same misery with those people.
Look at certain members of the power elite in my unfortunate country: some of them, if their IQs were five points lower, would have to be watered daily :-(

Just as the liberals want.
The people with higher IQs are not having children. People with low IQs are breeding at higher levels.
Another big factor is that there's absolutely no discipline in public schools anymore.

Research the average IQ of those that are coming here illegally. We have people from countries with an average IQ in the mid-70s or even less being brought in by our government. The young men are breeding with multiple women and and producing children with lower IQs than the average American citizen. They are then taught nothing, put on the government dole, and their children continue the cycle.

Yeah, the movie Idiocracy wasn’t supposed to be a documentary. But there is a lot of truth to that movie.

I toured New Mexico in 1982. It was there I saw my first Spanish-language COUNTY road sign. (No sign for English).
If Spanish is spoken in the home, their childrens’ accent is easily detectable.
Their English suffers, which puts pressure downwards on testing.
We need less testing!
