Former President Donald Trump is likely to announce his running mate at the Republican National Convention in July in Milwaukee, Trump campaign press secretary Karoline Leavitt told Newsmax. "President Trump has said that he thinks he may be ready to make that announcement at the Republican convention in Milwaukee later this summer. That's not set in stone. That's what he said. That's definitely subject to change. And who his vice president will be is up to President Trump," Leavitt told "American Agenda." On Friday, The New York Times reported seven Republican candidates are on Trump's current shortlist: Dr. Ben Carson,...

The headquarters of the Republican National Committee was put on lockdown Wednesday morning after two vials of blood were discovered in a package addressed to former President Donald Trump — with the party’s chairman calling the incident a “biological attack.” “Today, vials of blood were sent to RNC Headquarters in DC. We are thankful to law enforcement, who responded quickly and ensured everyone’s safety. The lockdown has been cleared and staff has resumed their office duties because we remain unintimidated and undeterred in our efforts to elect President Trump to the White House,” RNC boss Michael Whatley said in a...

A Hazmat unit was on site at the Capitol Hill building.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) appears to have little to no on-the-ground operations in key battleground states despite former President Donald Trump narrowly leading President Joe Biden, local GOP and conservative group leaders tell The Federalist. They expressed optimism, however, that the RNC will step up its efforts and suggested it’s “typical” for the RNC not to have its ground game going until about now. Grassroots organizations are targeting key states such as Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Texas to improve “election processes at the administrative level well before Election Day,” director Josh Findlay of the Texas Public Policy...

I've received two cell phone calls in the past few days and both were labelled "Likely Scam" in red letters. The number was not shown so I didn't consider answering it. On the second such call curiosity got to me and I decided to answer. It was the RNC soliciting donations. I hung up and then went to the previous "scam" call and that was from the National Republican Congressional Committee. the numbers were 771-202-xxxx and 771-213-xxxx. They've been doing something similar with email from Republican entities. The Trump Campaign, RNC, NRCC, and the FEC need to be alerted, although...

It will soon be Barron Trump’s time to step into the political spotlight. Trump, former President Donald Trump’s youngest child, who will graduate from high school next week and has largely been kept out of the political spotlight, was picked by the Republican Party of Florida on Wednesday night as one of the state’s at-large delegates to the Republican National Convention, according to a list of delegates obtained by NBC News. “We have a great delegation of grassroots leaders, elected officials and even Trump family members,” Florida GOP chairman Evan Power said. “Florida is continuing to have a great convention...

Former Republican National Committee (RNC) Chair Michael Steele sharply criticized former President Trump’s inability to admit he lost the last presidential election and said he’s afraid of losing the upcoming one in November because it will hit the most important thing to him, his ego. “Donald Trump is afraid of losing, because it strikes at the core of the thing that’s most important to him, and that’s his ego, and he doesn’t want to do the work to actually win,” Steele said on MSNBC’s “The Weekend.” “He wants to goad and cajole and bully people into believing something about our...

The newly installed chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC) is already backing down from his pledge to spend “every day” of 2024 to elect presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump as president again to instead spend most of Tuesday trying to save the embattled House Speaker Mike Johnson from justice, a report from Politico Playbook on Wednesday shows.

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) said the U.S. Supreme Court should be moved to the Republican National Committee (RNC) headquarters, after some conservative justices suggested being open to arguments in favor of presidential immunity from prosecution for former President Trump. “They’re politicians who are not even subject to popular election, unlike me,” Raskin said during his Thursday appearance on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut.” “They should move the Supreme Court over to the RNC headquarters because they’re acting like a bunch of partisan operatives.” Raskin’s assessment comes as D. John Sauer, the attorney representing Trump in Thursday’s arguments regarding the former president’s immunity,...

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) turned off Instagram mentions on his official government account after a social media uproar over his passage of Ukraine aid. Instagram users can no longer mention the leader of the so-called “People’s House” in posts on the popular app, a change that limits users’ ability to engage with Johnson’s official account. The setting is unusual for politicians, particularly on Capitol Hill, who generally maximize their engagement with the people they serve. Notably, Johnson joins Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) in turning off his mentions.

PALM BEACH, Florida (LifeSiteNews) — After an extended absence from public view, former First Lady Melania Trump is reportedly set to return to the campaign trail for her husband starting with a fundraiser for homosexual “conservative” group Log Cabin Republicans at her and husband Donald’s resort home of Mar-a-Lago. Newly installed Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman Michael Whatley on Saturday renewed a previous vow that poll workers are “going to be in the room” when early votes are cast and counted in November. The Hill reports Whatley said the RNC is going to “ensure” each state has “good rules of the road” and “thousands” of attorneys present when votes are being cast to make sure ballots are “protected” and election integrity preserved.

New Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley told the great and good of the New York GOP Thursday night that he wanted to get more Republicans to vote early via mail ahead of the November election — despite previous criticisms of the practice by presumptive nominee Donald Trump. “In order to get out the vote, we’re going to have to work, double down, on registering those new Republican voters,” Whatley told the New York Republican Committee’s annual gala in Manhattan. “We are going to use our technology, and advances in digital data to target those voters, and we’re going to...

The Republican National Committee announced Donald Trump and aligned GOP groups brought in a whopping $65.6 million in March as the presidential money race for the general election heats up. The RNC said the ex-president and aligned groups ended last month with more than 93.1 million cash on hand. The boosted GOP war chest comes ahead of a mega donor fundraiser for Trump and Republicans on Saturday hosted by billionaire John Paulson in Palm Beach, Florida.

Donald Trump is someone you should think carefully about hitching your financial fortunes to. The guy is a gifted carnival barker, no doubt. But when it comes to serious business, he is a bad bet. Many of his ventures, from vodka and steaks to casinos and “university” degrees, have flopped like dying fish. Declaring corporate bankruptcy seems to be one of his favorite hobbies. And even when he wriggles away from failure largely unscathed, the other parties involved aren’t always so fortunate. Where money is involved, anyone still foolish enough to crawl into bed with him should be prepared for...

Former Republican National Committee (RNC) chair Michael Steele called former President Trump a “visceral animal” after Trump shared a video depicting President Biden tied up in the back of a truck and a string of attacks against judges overseeing his court cases. Steele, a political analyst for MSNBC, said Saturday the concept of thinking before speaking “is way above Donald Trump’s paygrade, or I think, intellectual capacity because he’s a visceral animal politically and in business.”

Winning requires first acknowledging past and existing problems. The Republican National Committee (RNC) is reportedly asking prospective employees what they think about the 2020 election — as they should. Citing unnamed sources, The Washington Post reported that job applicants at the RNC have been asked about whether they believe the 2020 election was “stolen,” although the Post acknowledged the questions were “open-ended.”The Post tried to spin the story as the RNC “demanding fealty” to former President Donald Trump, using the words of President Joe Biden’s rapid response director. But beating Democrats — who showed in 2020 that they are willing to...

Former Republican National Committee (RNC) Chair Michael Steele criticized the New York appeals court’s decision to pause enforcement of the multimillion-dollar judgment against former President Trump and his company over deceitful business practices. In a terse order on Monday, a five-judge state appeals court panel said it would delay the enforcement of the $464 million judgment against Trump, the Trump Organization and top executives, plus interest, if they post bond within 10 days. The bond amount was also slashed by more than half. “Yet again, @realDonaldTrump gets special treatment with his own private system of justice,” Steele, a regular critic...
