A bullet has been found in the remnant of one of the bodies following the plane crash in the Black Sea on Thursday, Russian Public TV reported on Saturday, quoting "informed sources".
The body parts were recovered by the passenger ship Kanin, which arrived overnight in Sochi.
The TV also quoted its source as saying that holes were found in the fuselage of the aircraft which look like traces of machine-gun fire.

Let's place bets on how long it takes the State Dept. to day, "This is just a coincidence to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Go to the mall. Buy a house."

Now who went and did this.If this is true somebody's radar or satelite must have gotten a picture I would think.

It doesn't matter what the Russians report. The U.S. media and their sources in the Pentagon have already decided what happened. Just as the media and their sources in the FBI decided what happened to TWA 800.
All other reports: down the Orwellian memory hole.

either that or Russia is fanning the flames.

If we add Ron Brown to the mix, we could change the meaning of the phrase "Magic Bullet Theory".

My guess is that we are going to claim it is an old injury where the bullet was never removed. Fresh entry wound is in actuality just a cut from shrapnel from the explosion.

Also, did you not know that the U.S., as the sole remaining superpower, gets to decide the cause of all airline crashes all over the world?

The difference between this and TWA 800 is that most of the passengers were Israelis, and Israel's elites have no such interest in hiding facts about threats to their populace.

somebody at some ATC had to be tracking that plane.Somebody knows.

Center fuel tanks carry guns!

The Ukranian missile was such a far-fetched explanation. Every member of their Navy's brass would run out of the service, or worse, if they were firing live SAMs along a commercial air traffic corridor. Remember the mess over the KAL airliner that the USSR shot down over the Sea of Japan in the mid-80's. Damn near started WWIII.
That kind of thing by anyone's military isn't an "Ooops! Misfired Missile. No big deal." All hell breaks loose when that kind of thing happens.

This one gets more bizarre all the time. How do you get bullets shot into an aircraft at 35K feet? If a fighter aircraft got close enough to attack the plane with bullets, it certainly should have appeared on radar. If the shooting was on the plane itself, how did a gun get through Israeli security, and what kind of gun had to be involved if other reports are correct that the bullet holes passed through the fuselage?

Don't forget that Russian TV also accused the US of sinking the Kursk

At first I thought this was a terrorist act, but the US government has said they have proof that it was accidently shot down by the Ukranians. You cant always believe the government, but you can believe this Freeper. The government sources are accurate in this case. I know there are others out there who can verify this. Chime in anytime.

How about this.
The plane was hijacked out of Israel. Same way as the hijacked planes in the US
The Russians shot the plane down because it was on another suicide mission.
The Russians are "cooperating" with the US to avoid world panic.

Wasn't the plane a charter?
And I thought an early report said it had a stop in Bulgaria?

It is possible that it could be consistent with bomb -- one with metal projectiles that act like shrapnel when it goes off. That could explain the holes in the fuselage -- but if it was an actual bullet in the man's body, not a similarly shaped projectile from a bomb, then we're no better off in providing an explanation.

If the shooting was on the plane itself, how did a gun get through Israeli security,
Uh, I think you might do better asking how a gun got through Bulgarian security and why did the plane stop in Bulgaria, what passengers did they pick up in Bulgaria, etc.
