Let's go back and recall the DOJ's actions on the day they raided Mar-a-Lago ---
First thing they did was to establish a perimeter and exclude Trump's lawyers from the premises. Internal surveillance cameras were ordered to be shut off.
This was to assure there would be no witnesses.
Their very first act was to cover their tracks. Now, do you still believe their tampering was "inadvertent"?

Had told my mother, incorrectly, that I had not ate the cookie, what’s the big deal when she later learned that I did eat the cookie?
Amazing, the things I could have gotten away with had I been this clever?

I think so too. The case is made of tissue paper but she doesn’t want to be characterized as acting like a political operator (though she will be anyway.)

I’m going with “intentionally had some still eyes only papers jumbled in”.

The comes a time where the judge needs to say enough is enough, the government needs to be held to a higher standard especially when doing unprecedented prosecutions. Moreso if the DOJ lets others skate for essentially the same thing.

Bingo, unsecured in a garage but Ok. Meanwhile who knows what was done re planting things to incriminate a political opponent.

“inadvertently jumbled” 1984 Newspeak for evidence tampering.

Simple.
The FBI just later tried to add extra documents that would not, could not belong in the middle of sequentially organized, dated records as placed in the original boxes and packed under close observation and labeled accordingly.
So, what else?

It’s too soon for Judge Cannon to dismiss. Too many facts are still up in the air.
You guys who want it dismissed today are like kids who want to pull the cake out of the oven 15 minutes early.

The parts that they cannot establish a ‘chain of evidence’ should be thrown out. At least, that’s the way it is on all of the TV shows.
To: where's_the_Outrage?
In a just nation the judge would have thrown this entire case out and slapped huge penalties on the DOJ and Jack Smith. If I were to lie to a judge I would be thrown under the prison. But, Biden’s team... No problem.

Does “inadvertently jumbled” include evidence being planted in those boxes to use against Trump later on?

Not if the Judge wants a better job.

A motion from Nauta’s attorneys again. They are doing the heavy lifting, while Trump’s attorneys just collect fees.

The overriding fact is that the documents in these boxes were NOT packed by Trump or his staff, but by GSA employees. They are the supposed experts on document retention, so why did they pack documents clearly marked "classified" or "secret"? (We know they were clearly marked because of the staged FBI photos after the raid.)
Why were the classified documents not set aside for special handling, or for retention in the national archives? Why were they mingled in with routine documents in the six pallets of boxes that the GSA INSISTED be sent to Mar-a-Lago??
To: where's_the_Outrage?
Mistakes were made.Funny how the boxes “seized” from The Big Guy didn’t suffer the same fate.

That is the better question..
