I have a strong feeling animosity toward the dirty NYPD cops is going to have unhappy results for them. They should have sided with the innocent citizens instead of the corrupt bosses and politicians.
Not about FBI this time but brings to mind a quote from Criminal Minds. “You’re going to learn quickly that the FBI is as much about politics as it is about crime investigation.”
Same for police.

I’d say this is an illegal search.

To avoid being ticketed, the drivers should drop their passengers off outside NYC—perhaps in Scarsdale, Westchester County, which is a sanctuary county.

So what if they get a ticket. The “migrants” arrived at the sanctuary city.
As a Texan, I won’t mind my tax dollars going to a ticket rather than supporting illegals.

Abbott should start sending them by train. In fact he should buy every train seat available and have them all arrive at Grand Central Station. I doubt even NY crooked cops would stop the trains. Can you imagine the mess that would create? Perhaps Abbott can find out where these crooked cops and their bosses live and start dropping them off in front of their homes in the middle of the night. Texans have illegals trespassing on their property in the middle of the night so why not let sanctuary city voters experience the same fear Texans live with constantly?

Here's a bunch dropped off at Kamala's rsidence in DC.......did she great them with milk and cookies?
Rehoboth Beach, DE is a shorter trip than NYC. Let them share the joy of illegal immigration. In the off season, there should be a lot of housing available.

Every summons issued in those stops is completely invalid. The NYPD is issuing summons to a vehicle operator while ignoring the felons sitting in every seat.
If I were governor Abbot or DeSantis, I would immediately revoke ALL New York law enforcement rights in Texas or Florida, especially the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) which allows "qualified law enforcement officers" and "qualified retired or separated law enforcement officers" to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, regardless of state or local laws. I'd search planes and buses to make sure no off-duty NYPD are traveling into Florida or Texas while carrying.
To: conservative98
They then spent around an hour meticulously searching each bus for any possible infractions, including logbooks, tire treads, fluid levels and even windshield wiper placement. They ticket you for fluid levels? I have never heard of that.

Texas should do the same with any vehicles bearing NY plates. Get your money back in spades.

You don’t have to drop them off outside the city … that’s what Adams wants us to do.
Since NYPD is only patrolling Port Authority Bus Depot, we can drop them off outside of Central Park. The Upper West Side would be almost as good as Martha’s Vineyard!
